disappointing room service
room uncleanliness early time
the location was convenient to the station and nearby restaurants.
The room cleanliness was not up to par on multiple days. the bed wasn't made, used glasses weren't replaced, and tea and coffee weren't replenished. i later learned i needed to put up the 'make up my room' sign before 9am for a full service. This time is very early for some guests.

outdoor pool friendly staff window seat small room tiny bathroom high price
The onsen on the top floor included an outside pool and it was a fabulous end to each day. the staff were helpful and friendly always. i really loved the window seat. It gave me a chance to have a drink while i watched the world pass by.
the room i booked was very small with the bed pushed to the corner. the bathroom was tiny. this felt insufficient considering the price i paid. i hoped for a larger space to relax.

An Oasis of Serenity!
convenient location easy access extended hours
I found the location very convenient. It offered easy access to the subway and the airport limousine. The public bath became my haven. Its extended hours of operation suited my schedule perfectly. There were various restaurants and shops within walking distance. I secured everything I needed nearby.
I noticed slight sounds from the pipes, a minor distraction.

The hotel includes a sky spa with both indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a steam room. This area remains super clean. There are also three washers and dryers available for guest use at an affordable price.

The Executive Twin Room provides several amenities, like toothbrush with toothpaste, pajamas, and slippers. Complimentary water bottles are a very nice touch. I could see the iconic tower from the room, it was amazing!!!

The hotel sits less than five minutes' walk from the subway station. A short walk takes you to many restaurants, cafés, and a 24-hour drugstore. Convenience stores are nearby. The post office is conveniently next door, such a relief.

rooftop onsen helpful staff convenient location
I appreciated the rooftop onsen. It was relaxing. the staff were very helpful. food options were abundant around the area and a train station was close by.
the onsen was not as clean in the mornings.

the hotel has a fantastic location right in the middle of a vibrant area. there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. a subway station offers easy access to other parts of the city.

spa facilities were kept very clean, and the sky spa was a great bonus. i found it nicer to wash off and get ready up there than in the room. facilities seemed new and well maintained.
